About Me
- Rebecca Queen
- Cedar Park, TX, United States
- I am a Christian Realtor, single Queen looking for a King...know any good ones? I am a mother and grandmother, as well as a Caregiver to my elderly Queen Mother. As a residential Realtor in the Austin area, I am certified as a Senior Residential Specialist, and seniors hold a special place in my heart. I love dogs, especially Cocker Spaniels. I very much enjoy my job, helping people find their Texas Hill Country dream home. My area of expertise is Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Liberty Hill and Pflugerville. It's more of a challenge in today's market, but the emotional rewards are great. And I build long lasting relationships with my clients through my dedication to Customer Service and genuine caring. Maybe that is why I was voted Best of the Best Realtor for 2008 AND 2009 in a Hill Country News public poll! If you know someone who deserves the Royal treatment, send them my way. I would love to help!

For the second year in a row, I have been bestowed with an incredible honor...that of Cedar Park & Leander's (Texas) Best of the Best Realtor - 1st Place. The reason this is such an awesome award is that it is the result of a write-in campaign in the local newspaper, The Hill Country News, serving a community of about 80,000 citizens. This humbles me in a way that is difficult to explain. It's far more rewarding to me than production plaques and sales awards, because it is an actual people's choice award! It's a testimony to the high level of Customer Care and follow-up service that I offer, and the wonderment of developing actual relationships with my clients whom I care about very deeply. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone who voted for me. I truly appreciate it and love you right back!
Blessings - Rebecca Queen "For all thy Royal realty needs"

Getting a CLUE about homeowners insurance
When a homeowner files a claim with their insurance company, it is recorded in the company’s records and then sent to the Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange (CLUE), an insurance industry database. Ultimately, that information is shared with other insurance companies when you shop for new insurance coverage. It is not typically used for renewing coverage with your current insurance company.
CLUE and buying a homeEven if you’ve had no problems getting insurance in years past, if you buy a house that comes up with a number of claims against it, you may not be able to get insurance.
Here’s why: When an insurance company considers whether to offer you insurance, they’re not just looking at your history, but the history of the property in question.

Of course, you'll need a top notch Realtor after you get pre-qualified, to walk you through the process and protect you from all the pitfalls of purchasing real estate without proper representation. That's where I come in. Shopping for your dream home is the fun part! But once you've made your choice, that's when my work really begins. Fortunately, you never have to see all the behind-the-scenes coordinations and detail work it takes to make a smooth transaction. I am your professional buffer from the stress, as much as possible. I'm there with you before, during, and long after the sale. I want to be your real estate professional for life. I'm a firm believer in developing relationships built on trust and integrity, the kind that last for years to come. I also offer all kinds of contractor referrals and community resources. If you or someone you know deserves that kind of comittment from their Realtor, I'm your girl! Remember, I am here "for all thy Royal realty needs!" Rebecca Queen - RE/MAX Capital City (512) 646-1331
